These are the general terms and conditions of Sonora Global governing your use of our website.

a. What you can do

  • Purchase goods from our online store, provided you accept the Terms of Sale, which will apply to any contract made between you and Sonora Global for the purchase and sale of goods from the online store.

e. General and governing law

  • Sonora Global may change these terms of use from time to time and will endeavour to notify you of any major changes by posting a message on our website. By browsing our website you are accepting the current terms of use and that these terms and conditions may change without notice so please review on a regular basis.
  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Sonora Global and you and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, statements and understandings between Sonora Global and you regarding the use of our website. You agree that you have not relied upon any representation or statement not recorded in these Conditions in entering into this Agreement.
  • The failure of Sonora Global to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement or the delay by Sonora Global in so doing shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Australian law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts in respect of any dispute arising there from.

Terms of Sale: Online Store

This Terms of Sale Policy forms part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, which governs your use of our website, and encompasses purchasing activities on our online store.

a. The Sales Terms

Should you purchase any goods from our online store, you will be contracting with Sonora Global on the terms outlined below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These Terms of Sale ("Sales Terms") govern the supply of any goods you order via the online store. If Sonora Global accepts any order for goods from you, then its agreement with you will be made on these Sales Terms.

Please note that Sonora Global reserves the right to amend the Sales Terms from time to time. Sonora Global will publish the amended Sales Terms on the Online Store and any new versions of the Sales Terms will come into effect as soon as Sonora Global publish them on the Online Store (with the exception that any orders that Sonora Global have already accepted from you prior to any such change will be subject to the Sales Terms in force at that point).

b. Availability of the goods supplied by the Online Store

Sonora Global may discontinue or suspend the supply of any goods displayed on the online store in the event of out of stocks, for support or maintenance work, in order to update content or for any other reason. Sonora Global may do this at any time and without notice. Products on the online store are normally available for dispatch within 48 hours; this may on occasion be longer. We will advise you if this is the case.

c. Buying goods from the Online Store

Pricing policy - Sonora Global may change the prices of the goods displayed on the online store at any time. The prices for all the goods available on the online store are clearly marked in their description and are inclusive of GST (if applicable). All applicable delivery charges are also displayed on the online store. All prices are in Australian Dollars $AUD.

d. Conclusion of Contract of Sale

The information relating to Sonora Global's goods and relevant prices are displayed on the online store for your information and to enable you to decide whether you would like to purchase our products. When you place an order to purchase a product from www.sonoraglobal.com.au, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

e. Out of stocks

If any item you have chosen is unavailable, Sonora Global will contact you via phone or your email address and set out the options that are available to you.

f. Return of goods policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked. Items returned under Sonora Global's 14 days returns policy must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact (e.g., for food items). Please note: we cannot accept the return of items if they are opened. We are only able to replace identical products or products that are of the same value. If you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The Sonora Global guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

If you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via email of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return, except for Australian Post Money Orders, will we EFT this amount to your allocated bank account.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit, please contact customer services by email at customerservice@sonoraglobal.com.au.

g. Cancellation policy

Please note that you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods (provided the goods are returned to us new and in an unused condition in the original packaging together with a copy of the receipt. By returning, packing securely and enclosing the advice note and sending it back to Sonora Global Ltd, 1650 Pittwater Road, Mona Vale 2103 NSW Australia, a refund for the purchase price will only be provided within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

Payment

When you are ready to check out, you can use any of the following payment options. When making your payment, it is important that you provide the information that Sonora Global specifies is required, to ensure your order is dispatched promptly and to the correct address. Your card will be debited when Sonora Global confirms that it has accepted your order. Ownership or title to the product will pass to you, the buyer, once Sonora Global has received payment in full.

The easiest way to purchase is to use your credit card on our Website. Since most browsers support SSL encryption (including current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox) using your credit card on the Sonora Global website is the most convenient and safest way to purchase. If paying via direct deposit you will proceed to the checkout, submit your order and pay the required amount into the following bank account:

Delivery

a. Packaging

Sonora Global takes all measures necessary to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition.

b. Delivery Arrangements

Orders are delivered within Australia by Australia Post. There are currently no arrangements to ship internationally. All parcels will have to be signed for at the time of delivery. Please use a business address for deliveries where possible.

c. Delivery costs

Postal charges are calculated based on the weight of the Parcel(s) and the delivery address postcode. Sonora Global reserves the right to alter this fee if the website calculation deviates significantly from the real shipping price. Sonora Global adds a small percentage to the shipping cost for handling. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Depending on the delivery arrangements the cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

d. Delivery Times

Sonora Global will make every effort to deliver on time

  • Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Delivery times are in business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
  • Delivery times exclude Merchant's order processing time. The delivery time estimates do not include Merchant handling time (e.g. to authorise an order and process it through the warehouse).
  • Delivery times are independent of the weight or dimensions of a parcel.
  • In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer.

Terms and Conditions
